Book & Row is a management system for rowing clubs. It keeps members, equipment, outings on the water with their boat and oars, training plans, events, announcements and membership fees in one place. It runs in the browser and on phones, with nothing to install from an app store.
For rowing clubs of any size - from a single-crew section to clubs with several hundred members. Managers run the club and the fees, coaches build groups and training plans and approve outings, rowers book water time and read announcements. Coaches and rowers can belong to several clubs with one account; a manager runs one club.
Yes, though not through a store. Book & Row is added to the home screen from the browser menu - Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android - and then opens like a normal app: full screen, with notifications about outings, training, announcements and fees. The step-by-step guide is under Install.
Yes - an optional module the club switches on in settings. You create fee plans, assign them to people and charge either manually or automatically on the first day of each period. Every member gets a fixed payment reference, so standing orders work, and a bank statement can be imported to match payments. Currencies: PLN, EUR, CHF, GBP.
Each club’s data is kept separate - a member of one club sees nothing from another, even when they belong to both. Every rower decides whether their phone number and details are visible to the whole club, to coaches and the club management only, or to nobody. Someone who no longer belongs to any club can delete their account: their personal data is removed and the club's history stays, without their name. Details are in the privacy policy.
Submit your club through the form on bookandrow.com. We create the club and a manager account; the manager invites coaches and rowers by email, and everyone invited sets their own password and sees their club straight away. The member list does not have to be imported; before the first outing, the club only needs to enter its boats and oars.
